The Burns Pub & Restaurant has a rich history, starting as a humble country inn in 2001 and evolving into one of the busiest restaurants and respected whisky bars in Broomfield and Westminster. Originally a breakfast cafe, The Wildflowers Tearoom gained popularity for its High Tea offerings but closed to make way for The Burns, a project led by the owners' son, Jonathan. Today, The Burns continues to thrive under family management, embodying a love for whisky, food, community, and the neighborhood it serves.
