  • Credit card guarantees reservation. Minimum of 1st night may be charged for 3rd party booking sites.
  • Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to check-in. Less than 48 hrs will result in a charge of the first night. You must notify us if you will be checking in after 8 pm.

  • No cash payments. 
  • Late check out requests must be confirmed prior to check-in.
  • Registered service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed.
  • Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed in jetted tub suites.
  • Smoking of any kind in the rooms will result in a $150 cleaning fee.
  • The information entered into this form will be sent via a secure server.
  • Policies are automatically agreed to when the reservation is confirmed.

Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: $75.00

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

From the Flatiron Station to The Hilltop Inn, we recommend a quick Lyft or Uber ride to The Hilltop Inn.


The 76 bus route is nearby, but with luggage in tow, it’s worth getting a ride. From (BJC) Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport: We’re on the same street! It’s a short walk to the check-in counter. If you’re interested in renting a car, check rates with our rental car partner below - Go Rentals is located at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport.



Car Services:  Lyft and Uber are available options. It takes about 30 to 40 mins without traffic to arrive in Broomfield from Denver International Airport.
